Editing records yourself
Adding, editing and deleting by hand — and where a deleted record goes.
On the “Data” screen, in the “Records” tab, you see the rows of the table you picked — 25 to a page. Search, sorting and paging all happen on the server, so sorting from page two sorts the whole table and not only what is on screen.
Deletion is soft
A deleted record moves to the “Recently deleted” tab and you can bring it back from there. On the site itself it no longer appears.
Deleting for good is a separate, explicit action, and it removes that record's change history as well. There is nothing left to restore from afterwards.
Columns nobody declared
If records hold a field the table never declared, it is still shown — your data, even when the structure did not know about it in advance.
